Sweet, a little sharp and healthy enough to be eaten for breakfast or dessert, this easy to make apple crumble takes minutes to create and can be enjoyed raw or baked.
Makes Two Servings
• 1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
• 40 ml lemon juice
• 50 g pitted medjool dates
• 200 g apples

In a food processor or high speed blender, process the crumble ingredients on a low speed until broken down and mixed together well but retaining some texture.

Eat raw or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
