Chocolate Macadamia Nut Butter

The most delicious recipe, this chocolate macadamia nut butter is easy to make from just four wholefood ingredients. Perfect enjoyed on ice cream, with fruit, on toast, in or on dessert, it is also delicious eaten by the spoonful.


• 1 vanilla bean
• 35 g cacao powder
• 150 g date sugar
• 280 g macadamia nuts


Roast the macadamia nuts at 200°C for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes to avoid burning.

Allow the nuts to cool and in a food processor or high speed blender, process with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.

Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
