Chocolate Sesame Shake

Sweet, nutty and refreshing, this energising chocolate sesame shake is full of mineral rich ingredients, sweetened with fruit and made with seeds instead of nuts. Thick and filling, it makes a perfect breakfast and can be made into a more milky drink to enjoy as a snack by adding an extra 300 ml water to make four servings instead of two.

Makes Two Servings


• ½ tbsp reishi powder
• 20 g lucuma powder
• 20 g cacao nibs
• 30 g cacao powder
• 110 g sesame seeds
• 200 g ice
• 330 ml water


Blend until smooth. To store, add ¼ tsp Himalayan salt when blending and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
