Calendula Petals

Calendula petals stimulate collagen production, naturally brighten skin, reduce premature ageing with their vitamin E content and support and speed healing with their antiseptic properties.

Epsom Salts

Originally sourced from natural spas in Epsom and now created by combining magnesium and sulfate, Epsom salt is renowned for its detoxification, relaxation and recovery effects, reducing muscle soreness, easing tension, tightness, pain and swelling.

Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender essential oil relaxes and relieves stress and anxiety with its fragrance whilst disinfecting skin, reducing inflammation and soothing pain and soreness.

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Method

Mix the oils together well and then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Add a handful of salts to running water for a restorative and refreshing bath.
