No Bake Chocolate Biscuits

These no bake chocolate biscuits have a crumbly melt in your mouth base, soft chocolate middle and delicious crunchy caramel topping.

Makes Eight Biscuits



2 tbsp lucuma powder
40 g cacao nibs
60 g date sugar
60 g walnuts
70 g crunchy peanut butter
120 g dried mulberries
125 g raw buckwheat groats

Chocolate Filling

150 g cacao nibs
225 g date sugar


½ tbsp lucuma powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
45 g dried mulberries
45 g crunchy peanut butter
50 g walnuts


In a food processor or high speed blender, process the base ingredients until well combined and clumping together and press into a mould.

Blend the chocolate filling ingredients until smooth and blending without the use of a tamper. Spoon onto the bases and smooth the surface.

Pulse the topping ingredients into a chunky sprinkle and gentle press onto the chocolate.

Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
