Nourishing Bath Salts
These beautifully nourishing bath salts are mineral rich, soothing, relaxing and deeply nourishing for both mind and body. They do not store well, however, so use within one to two weeks of making and store in a dry place in an airtight container.
Cedarwood Essential Oil

Epsom Salts
A combination of magnesium and sulfate, Epsom salt is renowned for its detoxification and relaxation effects which reduce muscle soreness, ease tension, tightness, pain and swelling.
Himalayan Salt
A source of essential nutrients that help to remineralise the body, Himalayan salt cleanses, rebalances pH levels and gently detoxifies to purify and refresh skin.
Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon essential oil has been shown to reduce damage to skin caused by free radicals, support healing, reduce excess sebum production, nourish, brighten and tone.
Lavender Essential Oil

Ingredients
1 tbsp rosehip oil
4 drops cedarwood essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops lemon essential oil
4 drops palmarosa essential oil
4 drops sweet orange essential oil
4 drops rose geranium essential oil
4 drops rose essential oil
4 drops ylang ylang essential oil
220 g Epsom salts
270 g Himalayan rock salt
Method
Add the oils to a jar and mix well. Stir in the salt, seal the jar and gently shake to mix.
Use a generous handful at a time when bathing.
