Oil Free Houmous

Houmous is a delicious dip traditionally made with olive oil. This oil free version is lighter and just as delicious and quick and easy to make.


• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp Maldon salt
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 130 g sesame seeds
• 150 ml aquafaba/ water
• 230 g cooked chickpeas


In a food processor or high speed blender, process the ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper and top with spices, sesame seeds or black olives.
