Rejuvenating Foot Soak

This rejuvenating foot soak soothes tired bones and muscles, cleanses and supports skin and uplifts and balances with its herbal fragrance. Citrus essential oils can cause photosensitivity so use after and not before sun exposure.

Juniper Essential Oil

Juniper essential oil is a detoxifier, provides immune support, soothes joints, nerves and muscles, boosts relaxation, reduces tension, fatigue and anxiety, elevates mood and improves sleep.

Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon essential oil supports healing, is antibacterial and antifungal, gently cleanses and exfoliates and reduces stress and fatigue.

Olive Oil

Antioxidant and vitamin rich, olive oil is deeply moisturising and cleansing, prevents premature ageing, is anti inflammatory and antibacterial, supports wound healing and inhibits bacteria growth.

Rosemary Essential Oil

Antibacterial and antiseptic, rosemary essential oil is antioxidant rich, cleansing, boosts circulation, provides anti inflammatory support and soothes and relieves tension and tightness.

Makes Two Uses


3 drops rosemary essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops lemon essential oil
6 drops juniper essential oil
30 ml olive oil


Add the oils to a bottle and shake to mix together well. Add half to a basin of warm water, massaging feet or simply allowing them to soak for 10 minutes. Pat dry with a soft towel.

To use as a foot scrub, mix with coconut sugar or to remineralise your feet, mix with Epsom salts before adding to the basin.
