Soothing Massage Oil

This light massage oil soothes tired, tense and sore muscles, alleviates tension, stress and tightness and provides moisturisation, support and healing for skin. A little goes a long way so use sparingly.

Avocado Oil

Vitamin and mineral rich, the healthy fats in avocado oil support skin health, moisturising, softening, hydrating and reducing inflammation as well as smoothing and plumping.

Mandarin Essential Oil

Beautifully scented, mandarin essential oil has a refreshing and calming fragrance and is moisturising, antiseptic, increases circulation, reduces fluid retention and promotes healing.

Palmarosa Essential Oil

Palmarosa essential oil reduces inflammation, soothes aches and pains, is moisturising and hydrating, improves circulation and relieves sore and tight muscles whilst its fresh fragrance relieves stress and elevates mood.

Rose Essential Oil

Rose essential oil is moisturising and hydrating, antioxidant rich and anti inflammatory, soothes irritations, increases circulation and its floral fragrance decreases stress and pain and promotes a sense of wellbeing.

Sweet Almond Oil

Sweet almond oil is rich in vitamins A and E, hydrates skin, retains moisture, boosts collagen production, clears pores and keeps skin soft and supple.


• 8 drops rose essential oil
• 10 drops mandarin essential oil
• 12 drops palmarosa essential oil
• 18 g avocado oil
• 30 g almond oil


Mix the oils together well and use sparingly all over the body during massage.

Alternatively, add a few drops to a bath for a restorative soak or mix with Himalayan salt and coconut sugar to use as a body scrub.

Citrus oils can cause photosensitivity, so use this massage oil at night or after sun exposure.
