Total Peace Meditation

This guided meditation can be used throughout the day to help you experience and connect with the total peace that exists within you and that you are.

Record this meditation, slowly speaking the words below, pausing between sentences.

Allow yourself to hear them with all of your attention.

Alternatively, speak the words to yourself in front of a mirror and feel the loving intelligence within you awaken your wellbeing, clarity of mind and sense of wholeness.

Find a quiet place where you can block out the light.

Lie down. Close your eyes.

Relax.

In your mind see a doorway leading to a chamber and walk through it.

Hear the door gently closing behind you and feel yourself completely at peace.

Every cell of your being is at peace.

Your mind is at peace.

You entire self is at peace.

You are in the peace chamber.

The peace chamber is the part of yourself that exists for you to visit any time you want to.

Any time you need to.

Here you sealed off from everything other than peace.

It is as if everything other than peace has left your consciousness and you feel this physically, mentally and emotionally.

Here in the peace chamber you can rest.

Here you can enjoy the blissful experience of being.

As you relax more deeply, notice how you lose sense of your physical self.

Notice every sensation has left you other than a deep feeling of peace.

You feel such lightness and tranquility.

You feel such a deep sense of peace and relief.

Here you are free here.

You are deeply relaxed and with every breath relaxing further.

You feel a pure and natural gratitude for this space.

The deep experience of peace you feel here exists within you and is available to you at all times.

You can access it whenever you want to.

In peace, you are at one with life.

In peace you are in love.

In peace you are thankful.

In peace you are present.

In peace you are fully conscious.

Relax more deeply into peace.

You may be peaceful in a way you have not known for a while.

Know that this experience of peace is natural to you.

There has always been a memory of this peace within you.

The peace of being is what you have been searching for and it’s been here all along.

Take a moment to enjoy this blissful feeling.

It is the feeling of freedom from everything that isn’t the space and peace you are experiencing right now.

It is the feeling of being in tune with the energy of life.

It is the feeling of being aligned with your inner health and wellbeing.

There are no thoughts in the peace chamber you need to pay attention to.

There are no ideas about who you are you need to consider.

You are peace.

In peace there is only the experience of being peaceful, an experience you can return to any time, in any place.

Notice how deeply relaxed you are and how light you are feeling.

Turn towards the door you walked through to enter the chamber and open it.

As you walk through it feel how energised you are with love, joy and a simple happiness.

You are still in peace.

The peace chamber is still within you.

Take these feeling of deep rest and relaxation into the rest of your day.

Allow peace to be your default state.

Allow gratitude and bliss to guide you.
